What is the waiting time for ordered parts?
Order fulfillment time depends on the availability of the given part at the manufacturer’s factory – typically delivery to our service center takes 1 to 4 weeks. The customer is promptly informed when the order is ready for collection at our service center in Warsaw or when the shipment has been dispatched to the address specified in the order.

Can ordered parts be replaced at the Wrzeciono Czasu service center?
Yes. As part of the order, there is the possibility of complimentary replacement of the selected part at our service center. This service is typically performed on the spot upon prior notification.

Is it possible to deliver the order to a specified address?
Yes. After confirming the details when placing the order, we can send the part directly to the address specified by the customer.

What is the delivery area?
We fulfill shipments throughout Poland and abroad – excluding countries to which the selected courier company does not deliver.
