Returns and Complaints
Contract Withdrawal
If:
A) you are a consumer
or
B) you are an individual, and the contract you concluded with us after December 31, 2020, is directly related to your business activity but is not of a professional nature for you
– as a rule, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.
You may withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal to us, e.g., by sending an email to: wrzeciono_czasu@wp.pl.
Please return the item without delay to the address:
Street. Mokotowska 71/101, 00-530 Warsaw,
however, no later than 14 days from the day you withdrew from the contract.
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
The fourteen-day withdrawal period begins:
for a contract in which we deliver an item, being obliged to transfer its ownership – from the moment you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the item,
and in the case of a contract covering multiple items delivered separately, in batches, or in parts – from the moment you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last item, batch, or part.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before the period expires.
Payments made by you, including the costs of delivering the item under the terms specified in the regulations, will be refunded to you without delay, however, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your statement of withdrawal from the contract.
We may withhold the refund of the payment received from you until we receive the item back or you provide proof of its return – whichever event occurs first.
Please note that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to you, among others, in relation to a contract:
where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to your specifications or serving to meet your individualized needs;
in which the object of performance is an item that is perishable or has a short shelf life;
in which the object of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package for health or hygiene reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery;
where the subject of the service is audio or visual recordings or computer programs supplied in a sealed package, if the package has been opened after delivery.

Complaints
If the goods purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to claim them under the warranty. Complaints are best submitted to the email address: wrzeciono_czasu@wp.pl or by post to the address: Street. Szlachecka 110, 09-410 Nowe Gulczewo.
Defective goods should be sent to the address:
Street. Mokotowska 71/101, 00-530 Warsaw.
In connection with the defect, you may request:
replacement of the item with one free from defects,
removal of the defect,
or submit a declaration of:
price reduction,
contract withdrawal – in case of a significant defect.
We are liable for defects discovered within two years from the date of item delivery.
As a rule, you may report a complaint within one year of noticing the defect, however, this period cannot end before the Seller’s liability period expires.
Your complaint will be processed (responded to) within 14 days from the date we receive the complaint notification.
