Shipping

After paying for the order or selecting the payment option ‘cash on delivery’, we usually ship the watch in 1-3 business days. Delivery time to the customer depends on the courier company. We use only DPD and DHL courier services. Shipments are carefully packed and secured by our staff, and packages are insured for the full amount of the order. After the shipment is shipped, the customer receives the package number for tracking.

Shipping within Poland is free of charge

Return of goods

According to the Act of March 2, 2000 “on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product”, the customer may return goods purchased from an online store without stating a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment. This is only possible if the goods show no signs of use, are complete, and have not been damaged in any way. Returned goods must be sent back together with the invoice/receipt received with them.

The store guarantees to refund an amount equal to the price of the goods. The money will be refunded within 14 working days by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer. The cost of returning the goods is not refundable.

All complaints are processed no later than 14 days from the date of receipt by the Seller of the shipment with the advertised goods. If the complaint is successful, the money will be transferred to the customer by bank transfer. The cost of returning the advertised goods will also be reimbursed.

We do not accept returns on watches purchased from outside the European Union

Complaints

Each complaint is considered individually after the customer reports the defect/damage of the watch, by the customer to the seller. Upon receipt of the package, the customer should always check that the package and its contents are not damaged. If the product turns out to be damaged, the customer is obliged to write a complaint protocol, in the presence of the courier. In this case, this will be the basis for the Seller to file a claim with the carrier.

Complaints about mechanical damage caused during transport or lack of goods in the shipment, will be considered only if the customer finds such a defect at the time of receipt of goods in the presence of the courier and this fact is confirmed by a note made and confirmed by the signature of the deliverer (damage protocol). Without the protocol, we will not consider the claim, due to damage to the watch during transport.

The product sent back by the Customer should be protected so that it is not damaged, and the Seller should receive the product in the condition in which the Buyer received it, and only then the return will be recognized. The seller stipulates that it does not accept COD shipments.

Waterproof

Due to the fact that the watches we sell are used pieces, we do not guarantee their factory waterproofness.

Yes! All the used watches we sell come with a 12-month warranty. (New Armand Nicolet and Sinn watches come with a full 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase)

Yes! The customer has the right to return the purchased watch within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. It is worth remembering that the watch at the time of return must have no signs of use other than those present at the time of purchase.
