USED TABLE CLOCK MB&F × L’ÉPÉE × MASSENA LAB T-Rex Bronze – bronze clock-sculpture
A meeting of the Bronze Age with a prehistoric beast — behold the T-Rex Bronze, a collaborative creation by MB&F, L’Épée, and Massena LAB. An exceptional table clock with a structure made of aged bronze, giving it a matte, organic appearance.
The construction is noteworthy: realistic T-Rex legs, designed based on fossil scans, serve as a support for the suspended mechanism. The dial, made of green Murano glass (“eye”), displays hours and minutes using curved hands.
The mechanism is a hand-wound L’Épée 1839 cal.1855, operating at a frequency of 18,000 vibrations per hour and providing 8 days of power reserve. The clock is wound with a key from the back of the case, and the same key is used to set the time.
Included with the clock: original dedicated MB&F winding key and MB&F case.
Limited edition model — only 15 pieces were produced.
