Complete Service
- The complete service begins with an initial diagnosis of your watch by the Watchmaker. We check its condition and external appearance.
- All movement parameters, button operation, functions, and mechanical/electronic system in the case of quartz movements are checked.
- The case and other parts are cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaning device. This removes the deepest dirt between bracelet links and case recesses.
- All gaskets are replaced to maintain factory water resistance. In quartz watches, the battery is replaced with a new one.
- All movement parts (often over 200 components) are disassembled. At this stage, a detailed watch diagnosis is also performed.
- The disassembled movement components are sorted and placed in a special machine designed for cleaning mechanism elements with appropriate chemical solutions. This applies to mechanical watches.
- The movement is reassembled, then regulated and calibrated according to manufacturer standards.
- Finally, a water resistance test is performed in a special pressure chamber. The customer receives a printout with the test results and parameters along with the watch.
- After this procedure, the Watchmaker performs a final quality control. They check the precision of the movement and ensure everything works properly before returning your watch.
- Our thorough service procedures are covered by a 24-month warranty.
Battery Replacement
- Battery replacement begins with a diagnosis of your watch by the Watchmaker. First, they examine its condition and external appearance.
- Then the entire electronic system is checked and a new, original battery/accumulator is installed (depending on the model).
- If necessary, all gaskets are also replaced.
- After completing these steps, the Watchmaker performs a water resistance test in a special pressure chamber, from which you will receive a printout with the results.
- Finally, a final quality control is performed, checking all functions, setting the movement according to manufacturer recommendations, and setting the current time.
