What is the waiting time for ordered parts?
The order fulfillment time depends on the availability of the part at the manufacturer’s factory – typically delivery to our service center takes 1 to 4 weeks. The customer is promptly notified when the order is ready for pickup at our service center in Warsaw or when the shipment has been sent to the address specified in the order.

Can the ordered parts be replaced at the Wrzeciono Czasu service center?
Yes. The order includes free replacement of the selected part at our service center. This service is usually performed immediately upon prior notification.

Is it possible to deliver the order to a specified address?
Yes. After arranging the details during order placement, we can send the part directly to the address specified by the customer.

What is the shipping coverage area?
We handle shipments throughout Poland and abroad – excluding countries where the selected courier company does not deliver.
